| DR GLENDA WIECHMAN Glenda Wiechman, DVM graduated in 1997 with Honors from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Her experience with professional animal care began at an early age of 18 years old working at her first veterinary clinic. Dr. Wiechman's dream of building her own private practice was realized with help from her mother. They established the Animal Hospital at Oakleaf Plantation which is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) in 2007. The Animal Hospital has been a permanent part of Oakleaf for over eight years and growing. Its clients visit from areas throughout Jacksonville, Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny, and Green Cove Springs. She is very appreciative to all of her clients who have trusted her and her staff to the special care and well-being of their loved ones. MISSION It is our mission to offer our clients the best and most complete, individualized pet health care and wellness. We are committed to lifelong learning and dedication to serve our clients at the highest and most affordable level of care. This responsibility includes, but not limited to, educating our clients on an ongoing basis, providing access to information about the products we carry, and researching new products for our clients to keep health care costs reasonable.
